having issues, how to post pics???

I KNOW, I KNOW THIS IS THE WRONG PLACE TO POST, Alright, I got my front hitch done and wanted to post with a few pics, but HOW DO I MAKE THE PICS SMALL ENOUGH???? It shouldn't be this hard, I usually know my way around this computer stuff, whats up?

Ok, maybe someone can explain to me how to put pics in my gallery and I will put them there, that might be better...
