iF YOU HAVE THEM LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK OF THEM.

just ordered the power slots cryo / frozen brake rotors and hawk hp super duty pads looking for some input

I personally did not have good luck with them. Maybe it was my driving style but I tried as hard as I could to prevent them from glazing over and developing a squeak but that did not happen. They galzed over pretty good during their life and I ended up trashing them in under 10K miles. I am sure they are good if you break them in right but with all the stop and go stuff around here i didn't get a chance to break them in like I wanted to. Running basic AutoZone pads now and they stop better and no squeak.

I have them on my '96. Best brake pads I've ever had on a vehicle, EVER. I highly recommend them. My driving conditions include mostly highway, but when I want to stop, these pads STOP the truck. BTW, running stock rotors. - Mike Oo.

Yeah, I think I would have had better luck with them if I broke them in more/better and didn't get the glaze goin'.

Had them, hated them. Like JGheen, mine started a loud squeal a few months after installing. I actually had another driver motion to me to roll my window down, when I did he suggested I needed a brake job because of the squealing.

I pulled them in less than a year. I'm running Akebono's Ceramics now and they are dead silent (approx 10 months of use) on Brembo rotors. In all fairness, I also added larger rear wheel cylinders at the same time I changed pads. If the Hawk's had a little help from the back brakes, maybe they wouldn't have squealed either.
