I am sure they did for what they are planning for this go round. LOL :-laf

hey Rob, when you jacked the motor up to pull the cam, was the head still on?

How much time did it take to put a new wiggly stick in Wade`s truck. Did you get the head o-ringed also?

What else did you do to it? ;)

Robert I see you moved.

it took us from friday at 8 till about 2:30am to complete the cam and have it reinstalled, with the head off. the woke up at about 10am got some breakfast and started again at about 1pm then finished and had her runnin by 6pm. so about 12. 5 hours total. not to bad at all.

the 3rd gen head really doesnt need to be o-ringed. the MLS gasket hold very well. plus we dont plan on more than about 50 pounds of boost.

i havent moved yet i will be moving the weekend of april 13-15th. speaking of that are you volenteering?:-laf

lol guess who's getting a new diesel neighbor!

wade's engine looked really good, i was suprised on how quick we were able to get things torn apart, and inspected, got the cam out, that is a work of art all in it's own if you have ever done a cam job. the inital test run after things were put back together was justOo. Oo. Oo.  :D :-laf

and the truck needs alot more fuel, the damn thing barely smoked! the NGM truck will have some excellent dyno numbers soon!

I don't know but it looks like to me that the spray pattern is not hitting in the bowl of the piston? It looks to me that the piston wash is on the top of the piston, and could cause cylinder wash. I guess that you should see more in the bowl?

I don't know but just my thoughts out loud?
