Well, my head gasket is weeping. Unfortunately, it also causes my thermostat housing to weep when I'm towing. I end up spraying a fine mist of anti-freeze all down the side of the engine. What is Cummins charging these days to replace a head gasket?

Cummins would be pricey and probably not that familiar with the "B". I would look for a Dodge guy that specializes in the "B". If I were closer I would do it for ya.

thanks. I'll probably still take it to Cummins, but that price will help me with budgeting. unfortuantely, have not had good luck in the past with the local Dodge dealers and repairs. Some repairs have been excellent and some not so good. Always had good luck at the Cummins dealer. How long did it take them to do the work? I use my truck for work, and more than two days really does me in.
