Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Head gasket???

which head gasket should I go with for a stock rebuild im leaning toward the Cometic gasket but would a modified 12v marine or can I a use a 3rd gen HPCR

Are you kidding? Get the new Cometic and do a write up for us with pics!



I do believe the oil and coolant holes from a 3rd gen don't line up on a 2nd gen block.



Oh. And you might as well stud it while your in there... ... . if your on this board, your'e gonna want 'em later anyway.

I Ordered the new Cometic they said they will have to make one... ... . should be hear Friday and yes I will take lots of pictures
