Went to turn on the lights yesterday and found no dash lights or marker lights . I found the head light switch had burnt out where it connects to the plug. Called Dodge and found they have a fixit kit for the problem to the tune of $80. 00 That also tells me Dodge has had a problem with the switch. Has anyone else had the same problem or know of a recall :--)

Wiring harness connector repair packages.

This information only bulletin helps the service technician by providing a part number listing for the correct electrical components per an assembly. It also gives a review of the diagnosis procedure for electrical components.

Vague , however 80. 00 to fix their use of a cruddy switch? EEk I know many a headlight switch has burned and from what we can see it's the heat from the dimmer that is the killer. Mine gets hot as heck when I dim the panel lights. Now I leave them on full blast.
