Head lights

Help , I am leaving for AZ wed the 24th,and today my lights went goofy. I can't turn them on . But when I turn the key on the lights come on. I have no brights. If I turn the key off and light switch off , the lights stay on till the waiting period is over. Also the bell keeps ringing like the lights are on. Also no fog lights.

If you think it is the switch how do I get it out. Thanks , Bob #@$%!

Hopefully it's the switch. To remove it, first remove the panel below the steering wheel (2 screws). Then pull straight out on the switch bezel.
