Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Head/Motor Overhaul advice needed

Well after a lot of thought, I figure I'll just drop in another motor and deal with this engine when I have more time. I found a 1996 auto motor on CL with 86K on it for $3200 complete. Anything a guy needs to be aware of dropping in a motor from an auto? Figure I'll throw my studs, valve springs, DV's, injectors, and reseal it while it is out.
