Hey guys, new to the forum, although I have been tuned in for a long time! For the past few months I have gathered parts, money and information. I am overhauling a 12v Cummins and aiming for 650-750 horsepower with my build! This is my first build personally but I have worked on them plenty and have a decent amount of knowledge. Here's my somewhat complete build list.

ENGINE
*Block - bored .20 over, decked, line honed ready to rock!
*Head - Sheids custom gasket and fire rings, valve job, decked
*ARP 2000's head studs
*Pure diesel power overhaul kit
*Stock pistons (.20 over)
*ARP Rod bolts

FUEL
*DAP 150 hp 6 x .13 injectors
*Aeromotive A1000 electric pump (how to plumb, ???)
*BD delivery valves, 4K GSK, AFC spring kit

VALVE TRAIN
*Hamilton 188/220 Street/Strip Cam
*Hamilton Extreme duty push rods
*Stock tappets ???
*Hamilton Beehive 165# valve springs & 10 degree keepers

AIR/TURBO(s)
*Homemade compound setup, Holset HE351cw with a billet wheel and deleted waste gate over a Holset HT3b with what I believe to be a 27mm housing?
*Five inch turbo back exhuast, weedburner.
*Stock manifold..? Maybe 3 Piece if budget allows...

What else do I need guys? Tell me what you think of this list, what you would add or do differently. The turbos are mocked up and I have plenty of pictures. The block, crank, rods and head are in my shop, rebuild kit is in hand. Ordering a lot of parts this week. It is going in front of a built 47re automatic with geofence internals; billet flexplate, triple disk billet converter w/low stall, billet input, custom valve body, gym billet solenoid, modified clutche packs, updated drums.

Hope I'm not asking too much out of my first post, I have tons of questions! Thanks in advance for the help. -John T

New stock tappets should be fine. A new 3 piece exhaust manifold should be in the build, not so much for performance but I'm sure your stock one has shrunk. Mine shrunk to the point of an exhaust leak on #1.

Fill out your signature to let us know what you've got and welcome to the TDR!

I have a 3 piece. If I had waited a couple years I would had a one piece stainless to choose from. I would have got the one piece.

I just had a truck with under 100k that snapped off the ears on the head.On any performance build I port everything the air flows through.
