What to do with that disgusting Ferd or GM?

Real nice looking dog ya got here kenny. I would like to get another but still have not got over losing our last one. Hunting birds would sure be easier that's for damned sure.
Yep majestic looking animal that's for sure.

Well after my smart remark about snow, Dallas just got about 10" which is unheard of. I think it set an all time record. I'm glad we didn't get any down here. People have a hard enough time driving on dry roads down here!!!!!! :-laf

There's nothing like fresh snow for great shots of great dogs, Kenny. Terrific contrast, and they love the stuff!

That's one heckuva handsome mutt. He's got style and poise that comes from pride and confidence.

How often do you have to tell "dog lovers and experts" that he is NOT a lab?

Thanks SRath since there are not too many dog lovers and experts in the woods and fields and nasty duck ponds I frequent ... . only about a handful;)

I like the flapping ear ones too

Have you tried my little game of hiding or tossing the doggy biscuit when he is out of sight and then telling him to hunt "dead bird"?

It really makes them work and use their noses! The snow is the toughest test. Sundance snorts more white powder than most of the folks you bust when snuffling under the snow for his treat. It can be real hard for him after his nose gets too cold and plugged with snow, but he eventually does find it.

We aere working on his duck search right now so I don't want to interfere with the trainer's plans. he suprised him by following a blood trail that the trainer had set up for a different dog... ..... 10 days earlier:eek::cool:
