Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) head swap

anyone do a 24v head on a 12v motor ?, is the effort worth it ?, any info avalible on this ?

I thought some of the water jackets were different, not 100% on that though.

I'd say definitley not worth the effort.

Its debated as to whether a ported 24v head will outflow a ported 12V anyways...

There was a good thread on this a while back. Here or on the NW Bombers site.



They came to the conclusion that it just wasn't worth it.

I would say not worth it I have ported both heads an the 12V looks like a better head.
