I made a set myself, but that tooks some
time. No Louvers though and only using it
to mount antenna's though. As for someone's
question on how to mount them. I drilled a
hole through the rails and put bolts in. It
took me a few days to get the nerve to drill
it, just didnt want to do that. One thing,
be very careful where you drill as they are
very difficult to reach to put the nut on
the bolts. I had to crawl under the truck
and reach up between the body panels as the
wife tightened them topside. I could not tell
just how tight she was getting things, so
preset a torque wrench and I was satisfied
when I heard the "click". Oh, what fun...
Another tip. . If you have a toolbox or are
planning for one later. Consider this as the
toolbox could possibly share the same holes,
And if the Headache rack has longer mounts,
to extend the full length under the toolbox,
it would possibly look better. . ??

You won't be able to get a good pic of the rack there but they have a # so give them a call and see what they can do for you.
Last I heard they wouldn't paint it then ship it so you might need a good paint shop.
Good luck with it... I LOVE mine.
