Headed South

I'm headed south for a couple weeks. Leaving Alaska down the Alcan, I-15 in Montana to I-94 to Wisconsin. Any members along the way that wouldn't mind being bugged for a diesel chat and some coffee?



Be on the road starting the 29th of May and will be in Wisconsin the 1st or 2nd of June.

I ran into a fellow CTD driver in Amarillo about a month ago that was hauling a set of floats for a Cessna back to Alaska. Wish I was heading that way, never been there.

pcarlson, a visit to Piers Diesel in Langley, B. C. or to Diesel Transmission Technology in Abbotsford, B. C. is well worth going out of the way for, both shops are fun places, you won't want to leave! If you can manage the time, come on down to Muncie, Indiana, June 7th, 8th, for two fun-filled days of vendor fairs, sled pulls, and drag races, cookouts, and a "rod" run to the local steakhouse on Friday night. Biggest event of the year, in the east.

How far are you going on I-94 in WI?

How far into Wisconsin are you going on I-94? I live in S. E. Wisconsin, close to the Illinois border and 1. 5 miles west of I-94. There are a bunch of members scattered through the state. Let us know where you're going to be. I'm sure some of us would be up for it.

I will be in the Rice Lake area. From about 1- 20 June.

I don't have the time to go that far. Wish I did cause I'd go to the two events there the begining of June. Hope the event is a great success. Guess I will just have to read about yet another.



I plan on carrying the travel companion just in case I run into a problem.
