Headlamp Out

I have a left low beam headlight out. Lamp out light is on. It used to be intermittent,but is continuous now. Bulb tests good. I suspect the front control module, but alldata does not show the location. Can anyone help?

replaced headlamp still out

I have same kind of problem. my left low beam went out I checked bulb was bad I replaced with good bulb but low beam is still out and lampout light is still lit what do you all think. robbie

lamp out

Mine turned out to be a bad connection between one pin on the fcm and the fuse box. The fcm mounts to fuse box between it and the inner fender.
