Headlight Adjustment Results?

For anyone that has adjusted the headlights, did you notice any difference? Larry

Sort of related, but I wonder about the guys who put on leveling kits-- Do you adjust lights after? Or is it improved as is?

I've adjusted mine up a little, but it really doesn't help much. The bright box kit and brighter fog light bulbs made a pretty good difference.

After my leveling kit and 315s, I adjusted my headlights down. Stopped most of the blink lights at night.

My Brite Box illuminated the heck out of the area right out in front of the truck. Didn't do a thing for down the road, which is where a driver needs to see at night in the West. I've said it before, I'll say it again: it's a DC design fault. Moreover, they don't plan to do a thing about it. I've seen lots of trucks with Hella lights trying to fix what didn't get made right at the manufacturer.

They (DC) must have fixed it, because my Grandson's new 06' MEGA has excellent headlights.

i adjusted my o6 mega cab because i go from pulling a heavy trailer to not it worked great now i keep a torx in the door of truck so i can adjust on the road . twicks

I adjusted mine down after lifting the front 1. 5". OK in front of the truck.

Wayne, I don't suppose the 06 would retrofit to an 03, would it? Nah, surely DC wouldn't make it that simple for us.

The 06 is different and will not retrofit, according to my dealer.

where is the up and down adjuster located ??

Hey guys, Is the adjustment screw under the light assy? I just put on 35s and don't like blinding people anymore than I like getting my night vision screwed with! Thanks for your help!!
