Can the Torx screws used to allign the headlights be changed without changing the entire headlight assembly? If so, where can they be purchased?

"Can the Torx screws used to allign the headlights be changed without changing the entire headlight assembly?"

Yes

"If so, where can they be purchased?"

They seem to have part numbers. Maybe your local Mopar parts counter can supply them. The up/down screw uses a clip. The left/right screw is different and doesn't use a clip.

The following are part numbers to try:

6033375AB SCREW, Special Head, . 218-28x2. 44

55054856AB SCREW, Aero Headlamp

6033376 CLIP, Lamp, Aero Headlamp Adjusting Screw

The parts book shows the numbers but doesn't illustrate these particular parts. The head lamps are very easy to remove if you haven't already done so.

Thomas, Do you have to remove the entire assembly to change the screw or does the clip just release and drop the stationery holder? I'm not where I can look at it. Thanks for the help.

The left/right adjuster screw uses no clip and is at the upper-inboard corner of the lamp. It looks like it can be removed with the lamp in the truck. There is a ball shape on one the end of the screw and the torx head on the other. The ball is in the stationary part of the assembly (the part that's bolted to the truck with three hex-head screws). If you lift up on the moveable part of the lamp, and maybe put upward tension on the screw near the ball, the ball will snap out of the stationary part. You can then remove the screw. I just tried this on a lamp on my bench. I've never done it with the lamp in the truck.

If it's the up/down screw, it looks like the lamp needs to be out of the truck.
