Headlight Bulb NUMBER needed (not debating which bulb)

I'm in a hurry and can't find what bulb number to order for my headlights (not fog).

I've seen 9005, 9006 and 9007 (JC Whitney)??????? (wtf?).

Plenty of posts here debate types of bulbs etc but no one seems to be talking about bulb numbers.

Someone know this?

My 2005's owners manual lists the bulbs on page 381.
