Ok drivers side bulb went out last night, bought replacements but I can not figure out how to remove the old ones. I'm sure its an easy trick I'm just missing, could someone pass along the knowlege, thanks... :)

There is a big plastic washer/locknut/ etc.

Facing the front of the truck I believe you turn it to your right and that should allow the light to just come right out.

I had one go out once... . decided to do both at the same time. Had some nice cuts on my hands when I got done

Easy trick for your headlight replacement--Remover the extra clips that attach the wiring harness to the back of the bulb,,They will stay plugged in even on harsh roads,,I have done this to all of the 2nd gens I have owned,,It allows you to reach in and unplug the light, then simply twist the retaining ring off and remove the light,,Installation is just as easy, fish the bulb into place, twist the retaining ring on and then plug the bulb in,,No need to try to play Gumby and turn yourself around, upside down or sideways even to do it... ... :-laf cute B_D_T

I paid for my subscription, and I pay for my truck. :D

Geez since when was it a crime to be young? First the old farts in the chat want an age requirement to get in, now we gotta have "permission" to post. I'm sure these same people will be jazzed when Genos starts selling adult diapers. :p ;)

How do 19 years olds afford trucks that cost what these things do? It took me until I was 34 to save enough pennies for mine. Had to settle for gassers up until this point. Whatever you're doing, good job.

I bought my truck when I was 18:D and I am now 20:cool: became a member for the first time at 17 then did not pay it until last year when I renewed it. I bought my truck with my hard earned money.

You young guys that have the brains and guts to work hard enough to buy your trucks are a pleasure to have around. It aint about birthdays, its about maturity.

These younguns can't be too dumb to buy a truck before they get married. You should have seen how many tears:{ my wife had to endure before she let me buy my truck :D Oo.
