2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission headlight question.

I have the sport headlights on my truck and there are two little gaskets that run up alont the light and have like little rivets into the truck. They are drying out and was wondering if they can be replaced. I know they are inmprtant it just an Anal thing . thanks
