dodge catalog 94-06, page 20 shows a heavy duty headlight harness for $30. It has a male & female headlight sockets along with relays (seperate ones for low & high beam), etc. It is plug-n-play with no cutting.

This looks very nice... . I may order one just to take the amp draw off the headlight switch and then go buy brighter bulbs.
