2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Headlight switch on my 96

The contact for the dash lights is intermittent now. All I have to do is tap on it & the lights come on. Is this THE death sign or just normal wear & tear?



Is there a better source for a new assy / switch than the dealer?

Thanks Driftwood ... i think the add'l relay is the way to go for the headlights, especially if there are aux lights or higher wattage bulbs. I'd like to do both some day.



It could be that the add'l heat these switches develop has :{ the dash portion.
