So what do you guys think of the headlights on your 4th gen trucks? I think they are a HUGE improvement over the 2nd and 3rd gen lights. I have actually been impressed. I love that the dims stay on when you hit the brights. Not sure if that is because of the HID lights or what, but I really like the lights on my new truck. I wish the fog lights would stay on with the brights. Sometimes when I am driving in back country I like to have all the light I can get to look for deer in the ditch getting ready to hop out. Its not too uncommon around here to have a deer litterly hit you when your driving on the highway.

Anyway, I have heard so many people complain about Dodge headlights I wanted to see if anyone else was as happy with the new 4th gen lights as I am.

I like mine too. The headlight change in '06 was light years ahead of the earlier models also. I do need to adjust the fog lights since I installed the 2. 5" leveling kit but that can wait for the Fusion bumper install. (should be in powercoat today)

Love the lights except when I'm towing people keep flashing their brights at me when I don't even have the high beams on. Probably need to adjust them...

Mine were great till I put my big winch bumper on the front. Now they're aimed a little low. I would adjust them but I'm probaly going to put a level kit on over the holidays. The quad headlights definately seem better than the dual headlight trucks.

Do the 4th gen have a vertical adjustment screw? My 06 doesn't and I get flashed at night when I am hauling or pulling a trailer. Nothing I can do to lower them. Mine is an ST and when I put my Mopar fog light kit on, I hooked the signal wire to the parking lights so the fog lights stay on with the high beams. A big improvment.

I really like the lights on my 4th gen dodge. The only thing I dont like at all is when I turn. I have noticed that when I turn into driveways and such I am completely blind. My old chevy I could see everything even beside me when I was turning. This truck its pitch black out there which makes me nervous when I turn into driveways Ive never been in before. I almost went into a culvert at the end of my friends driveway when I first got the truck because I couldnt see where the driveway was and turned too short. But I am used to it now.

Yeah, either that or air bags to level out the truck when it is loaded or hitched to... . that's probably wht I am going to do after I surgiclly implant HID porjectors into my 3rd gen headlights.
