Bought some spray glue at walmart and some flannel/felt material at a fabric store. Peeled the old off and carefully reskinned it. Cost less than $15 and looks factory other than being a slightly heavier fabric. The heavier fabric may hide the tears even.
I more than half way considered that option. A friend of mine does custom interiors, so I was gonna get him to sew a Cummins emblem into the headliner which would be some sort of fabric. I'm just wondering what condition the foam under the fabric looks like.
Had the same problem with my 93 took it to a local independent, replaced it with heavier fab for 125. I was so impressed with his work and price I had him to do the seat and doors, Looks like new.
