I'll bet Bart was leaving his mistress at the no-tell motel. In a hurry to get home to his ever nagging "put your damn seat belt on Bart, do this Bart, do that Bart" wife and decided, to heck with that nag! I'll wear my belt when I want! Getting heated up he began driving eratically and BANG! crashed. Thus throwing him from the vehicle. Just kiddin' no disrespect to Bart.
