hear liner visor

So, I installed half my gauges in my over head console pod a while back and naturally you should take the visor out when pulling down the head liner.



Some how, I managed to put it back together so that the visor will not go all the way to the top! it's hanging down 1/2" or so.



suggestions short of spending $100 at the dealer for a new one?

Not sure if your 4. 5 is the same as my '06... On mine, there is a plastic piece with 3 holes that sits above the headliner. The 3 screws for the visor thread into this piece. This plastic piece is very easily dislodged, and can become cocked... that's the way mine is right now too. You have to play around with the plastic piece to get it to sit "level" in the headliner before tightening everything up. Again, this may not be the same as yours, but this is what I found wrong with mine. Hope this helps... --Eric

Do they really want $100? Mine was only $26 but it doesnt have a light for the vanity mirror. I've been thinking of buying the lighted version but not for a C note.
