heat controler 10 amp fuse

just purchased 03 2wd lb 6 sp 3500 41,000 heat controler keeps blowing fuse

causing def. floor, face, to not work. Heated mirror a. c. control is all on the same fuse. Any ideas?

I'm guessing you have a short someplace. I'm no expert, though.

Thanks, When I Move The Warm Cold Controler Fuse Is Ok It's When We Go To All Def. Or Floor That's When It Frys.

I don't have my manual in front of me but yes, you do have a short someplace. My bet would be to at least get a Hanes manual or the whole maintenance manual from Genos (~$100 on CD) and find what is common with the defrost and floor modes and replace that.

I'm thinking maybe the defrost door is broken (super comon on 03's) and causing the doors motor to bind and pop the fuse.
