2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Heated Mirrors

I have a 2001 2500 that the heated mirrors have stopped working. The light on the dash comes on when you press the button to turn them on. I have looked for a relay and fuse, but have had no luck in locating. Any suggestions?

The fuses would be under the hood in the Power Dist. center (PDC) or on the left hand side of the dash (open the door). The relay would most likely be in the PDC also.
