read a post on here some time ago ...

described the fix ... with part number and price ...

don't suppose anyone has this info

heated seat button just flashes for a while and then quits

thanks

Yeah, I need the fix as well. I had the exact same problem (indicator light blinks, no heat at all), the st*aler supposedly 'fixed' it under warranty. Now the light comes on as it normally should, however butt burner doesn't heat anything like it should - seat back heats slightly, no heat from seat bottom.

So what is the solution???

It's called Taco Bell. The part number is a number 3 combo. Cost is under 5 bucks. That'll keep your seats heated for many a mile. :-laf (Sorry, my immaturity overwhelmed me and I couldn't resist. I hope you guys find a fix. )

Dave

Mine did that. The element was broken. Dealer ended up putting a new bottom seat cushion. I think the replacement cushion cost in the neighborhood of 400 dollars. :--) And they say you cannot replace just the element.

the post i'm referring to did just that

used the search and couldn't find it ...

the post was about a new part number from mother mopar ...

cost was like 70$ ...

person posting was tickled to death ...

arrrrggghhhh

i just need to calm down and look in ALL the search results :-laf

i'm not built for patience :D
