Heated Seats Optional?

I ordered my truck on 11-08 and thought I ordered heated seats as an option. Yesterday I found out that heated seats are included in the leather package, probably as of the 'rollout' that happened earlier that week. How do I find out if I got them as a part of the Laramie package or not?

I had to order the heated seats when I ordered my truck (Laramie/Sport). If the truck hasn't been built yet you can probably have your dealer check and if they are not included, he can add them. I added the side curtain airbags and the hood protector after the initial order. Hope this helps

Yep, heated seats must be ordered individually, they were not part of any package when I ordered my truck. Why they are not included in the Laramie had me scratching my head.

They must be ordered seperatly. I ordered the Laramie package and heated seats. Got the Laramie package, got the leather seats, but they weren't heated. There was no mention n e invoice or window sticker of heated seats. If you wan't 'em you better ask..... twice.

I checked my order paperwork which specifically lists heated seats. If I don't get them, I can refuse the truck and make them order me a new one. Just call me--

I gotta tell ya. Those heated seats sure are nice. Warm buns are worth their weight in gold in Canada this time of year. Oo.

If I could of gotten them with the premium cloth seats, I would of been all over them. .



Oh well, there's always aftermarket. I think Jacobs Electronics makes a slip in seat heater.

David, I went to Jacobs Electronics web site and they do have seat heaters but give no indication as to where to buy them. Do you have any idea's?

Actually I don't. . I just saw an ad for them a couple years back. I'd give them a call.
