Heated seats

Does anybody have any knowledge about the heated seats in a 1996 Grand Cherokee? They have both quit working and I can find nothing wrong. I can find no bad fuses and of course the owners manual lists every fuses function except for the seats. Any ideas?? Or does anybody know of any forums on Grand Cherokees, I haven't found any.

Do the lights on the heated seat buttons flash or stay lit? The control module should be under the driver's seat, I think on your vehicle. I do believe they have a relay too.
