Gettin the dash top replaced thanks to Chrysler and while they are in there the heater core and a/c evaporator will get replaced too. It looks like Rockauto has the best price I can find so far for the two parts. Heater core from 53 to 75 and the a/c evap. from 70 to 90. Thought I would check and see if anyone knows if there are cheaper prices before I decide to go with Rock.

Thanks,

Scott

I was looking for frt wheel bearing assy and rock auto was the best price by far. they also have a discount for tdr members. you must know the code to get it.

You know, now that you mentioned the front wheel bearings I really should look into them as well. I have 235k miles on the originals. For those that changed them out for a 2wd did I find the proper replacement here?

- Greg, Rock Auto TDR code for a discount? How do we not know about this & how does one get "the code"... ... ..... :-laf

SHobbs, look at the warranty on the core's. I bought my evap from napa and the core from advance auto. The lifetime warranty will replace it down the road if there is ever a problem.
I am like you, if you are in the dash, and the truck is older i would replace the parts you know will fail. The heater core r&r is about 6-7 hours by the book. Took me about 8 over 2 days while the truck was down anyway. What is the rock auto discount for Tdr?
