When I turn the heater on I get a oder of wet cloth/dust. Also the window fogs right away but goes away in a couple minutes. Took in to dealer and they said they did a pressure test and was O K. Is this just dust and water/ condensation being trapped or is there a heater core leak. Thanks.

Running the A/C or the defrost (A/C is on then also) causes condensation on the coil which mold can grow in and stink. Some folks have killed it by spraying Lysol into the intake outside at the base of the windshield with the vent fan on. The way to prevent it is to turn off your defrost or A/C and run just the vent a few miles before parking for the night so that it dries.
