It would vary greatly depending on the ambient temperature and the temperature of the coolant. If the coolant was at 180* and the outside air was 30* I'd venture to guess it should be in the neighborhood or 85*-95*. Again, just a guess. ;)

My girlfriend says that at her shop, they look for 130-140 at the vent inside the 70* shop. I'd think the vent temp should be close to that, even at 0deg, as the heat comes over the 180* water of the heater core, and through the vents. I know her Dakota will run you out, even on low.
