I have just installed a Kennesaw rear winch bumper. Fit was very good, workmanship was good and it is very rugged. Price was excellent! Just don't be in a real hurry, it takes them some time to get the product out. I got mine with just the basic black paint but already have grey Herculiner to add after I finish the winch install.

I know that we're talking rear bumpers here, but can someone tell me how big of a PITA is it to work on the frontend with one of those big pushbars and headlight guards on? Seems to me it would be a pain to do anything up front??

the replacement bumpers acutally give you a good place to stand if needed, I used to run them all the time until I convinced myself they were increasing my steering problems, no 300# replacement bumpers anymore, alot fewer front end problems

They do give a great place to stand... and to sit!

The bodygaurd front only weighs in at around 190 pounds... roughly only 100 pounds over the weight of the stocker.

I also made a guard to go under the intercooler, radiator, etc that bolts to the bumper and the DSS steering stabilizer...

It is. Depending on what you're doing to the truck, it is easier to remove it, if it's possible. On my buckstop, it's bolted on.

There are a few pics of the FabFours rear bumper on post #6 of this thread. I paid $950 for it unpainted. I had it powdercoated locally. I have gotten many positive comments on it as it is really beefy.
