I started my truck cold (10-15 degrees) the other day and it immediately shook very heavily. The mirrors were bouncing the steering wheel was shaking and even the door panels shook as if I had a big sub woofer cranking.
I shut it down and started again to the same outcome. The noise went away with a little throttle but would start shaking again at low idle speeds. When I parked I kicked off the huge ice chunks that had formed between the step bumpers and the bottom of the frame. This lessened the vibrating substantially but it is not back to normal.
I had just changed the oil and fuel filter the day before but had already driven it 20 miles up and down the canyon with no vibes, so I can't imagine anything coming from the maintanance.
Any one have any other ideas?
TIA, Dave
