Speaking of Tesla. He crashed a 150k model and took out 50’ block wall at 120. The steering wheel is what got him. It does not have the top. He owned it for 8 hours.
Correction, he lost control around 120. He hit the wall at 80-90. He tried to correct the slide but kept grabbing for the steering wheel that was not there. That steering wheel would be fine in a plane but not in a car IMHO. He is not going to replace it.
I think "misplaced blame" is what we're looking for here. He's lucky he didn't take anyone out.
