I had an aftermarket sway bar "made" years ago... I came to discover it was in fact a Hellwig...
Now the rocket scientist "suspension" company that did the install, we won't talk about but the sway bar... well it is a serious unit.
It required one hole to be drilled in the frame rail on each side.
The tuff part was the drivers side, because the bolts goes thru the frame rail right near the back of the fuel tank... . that means you gotta loosen the tank belly strap, pry the tank away from the rail and get yer fingers in there with a combo wrench to snug up the one bolt/nut.
Other than that, this thing is near 1" thick, maybe a tad more and is serious sturdy.....
I think my cost was about $300 Canadian for the unit.
