2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Helo wheels

I have a 99 with eagle alloys 175's. They are 18's with a 5. 5 inch backspace. They are starting to pit so I am sending them back to 4wheelparts.com. When I purchased them I bought the extreme warranty for $100. So all I have to do is pick out a new rim they send them to me I mount them and send the old ones back. If there is a difference in cost I will pay the difference or vice versa. I was considering the Helo maxx8 black with chrome lip. They are also 18's but with a 4. 5 inch backspace. I was wondering if anybody is running a 4. 5 inch backspace with 35 inch tires. I have a 2 inch spacer on the front. I'm concerened that they will stick out to far and rub when I turn.

On my '02, 4. 5" backspacing rubbed at the leading edge of the fender and heavy in the fender well.
