HELP - 3500 Suspension lift & Wheels

Hey all, I've got a '01 Ram 3500 HD HO Cummins. I want to lift the truck and recently found out that Rancho will have a 2" and 5" suspension lift kit out within 2 weeks (as of 15 Sep). The next question is what wheels and tires to set the truck up with. It seems like a 5" suspension lift would really dwarf the wheels that are currently on the truck (stock). Any thoughts on this? If they do look ridiculously small, then I could put on the Rickson's or another 19. 5" wheel, however I haven't been able to find a manufacturer that makes real 4x4 tires (you know, big lug, fat, meaty *******s - like Mickey Thompsons or Super Swampers) in that diameter. Anybody know of a tire that would fit that size that maintains a real 4x4 look? I'm planning to purchase a set of
1 1/2" rear wheel spacers from Off road Unlimited, so width is not a problem. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Phil.

After some research I have found that the 315\75\16 (35/12. 50/16) Pro Comp mud terrain is my tire of choice once I get my lift in my new truck. They have a single load rating of over 3300lbs and are a little cheaper than the swampers and from what I've heard will wear better than a swamper. I think that 35's will look good with a 5" lift on a 3500 ram. Where did you get the info for the 5" rancho lift? I thought that I was stuck with the 4. 5" lift from skyjacker. Does the lift use spacers and coils, or is it all spring? Later.

Super Swamper makes special sizes for lifted duallys. My catalog showes the tallest in these narrow sizes is 34". Call 4 wheel parts wholesalers and order a catalog or go to interco tire.com. They are loud and rough, but Swamper makes 'em!
