Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
UPDATE: dropped the VB to access the kickdown band with my new anchor in hand, noticed the tab on the band was bent inward thus not going to hold the new anchor. . so ordered a new kickdown band and going to drop and install starting sunday morning. Still glad I didn't break anything vital.
NEW Question: I was toying with the idea of performing a Transgo shift kit on the VB while I had it out until I talked to my buddy aiding me in this operation who is a diesel tech at the local Dodge dealership, who has had experience with the same product in a different truck which was nothing but trouble(such as cashed springs and loosing OD) but that truck also had 37's and probably programmed to the max
SOO... I am still debating, I need ya'll's help in talking me in/out of this kit which is in the mail as we speek. All I am wanting is a little aid in the 30 horse setting with my Smarty and firmer shifts.
