Help, 5sp stuck in gear!

Hey guys just had to pull my nephew's '92 home. He stopped at a light and the truck wouldn't come out of 4th gear. After a little tugging(which he shouldn't of done) it popped out. Then he tried to put it in gear and it won't go into any gear.

While towing it home it put itself in 4th gear again. All clutch componants are working. We can take off in 4th gear-4low and it takes off just fine w/ a little clutch slippage. So its got to be in the transmission stuck in 4th gear. Anything we can check?



The 5sp is the NV4500 swap done about 2yrs ago w/ all new clutch componants.
