Did you put the BD spacer over the stock rubber isolator? That's how I did mine and it leaked too. A few have said by putting the aluminum spacer under the rubber one, and using a good sealant, you can get rid of the leak.

sealant (don't be to skimpy the stuff is cheap), on both sides of the aluminum spacer, place that on top of trans housing, and then the rubber spacer.

Permatex #2 worked for me. You should use something that remains pliable. As already said spacer down first then the isolater metal side down with lots of goop on everything and you should be styling.
