Alright here is the lowdown on what I did. I installed an EnterAsys Wireless card on my laptop for wireless access at school. Install went fine, drivers loaded fine and the laptop rebooted just fine. Here is where I did something stoopid, I went to the control panel under networks and added a network client and rebooted, system came up in safe mode. I deleted the network client and now when I reboot I get a C:\ on a black screen for a few seconds which I didn't get before. It had a message of C:\windows\net start which I removed from the autoexec file. My question is how do I get rid of the C:\ page?

Sys is Win98 on IBM ThinkPad.

TIA,

Casey

Everything seems to work alright otherwise, but bootup is about 4 times longer now.
