Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) HELP!!!! Didnt pass emmisions

in colorado they put truck on a dino and do the test with a lode $100. they ( person doing test ) will do snap test and low speed lode test. fore snap test ziptie, tape, whatever it takes to keep that peddle from moving more than an inch. you will pas snap test and probably low speed test. when they mentchen possible problem with accelerator just act dump and ask them to explain what the accelerator is. hasn't failed me yet

If you run 20-30% bio diesel , then that should more than enough to clean it up , and you may like some of the other advantages and stay that way .

i would do that but i dont know of any biodiesil in az. does in anyone know if ther is any in the phoenix az.

i went and just turned the star weel all the back. passes with A 8. 9% :-laf . ( man it was slow getting ther though) )
