The day it happened I tried bleeding then got it to run. It would die at about 1000-1100 rpm. It started again, and I let it idle for a minute, then gave some fuel and it died. I tried bleeding and can only get dribbles out of #3,4. I put a FP gauge on the filter housing and got 14psi.
Then I went on vacation.
Now, I bleed and only get dribbles out of #3,4. Took off the pump wire tap, reseated the 9-pin connector on the pump, and wiggled wires everywhere. Still no improvement. I still have the 1689 code. I replaced the fuel filter and didn't fill the canister back up so I could see how long it would take the LP to fill it. Well, after 9 bump-the-engine-so-the-LP-runs I have NO fuel in the canister and NO psi. Can the LP lose prime or do you think it wasn't working all along?
