Help, I'm fabbing compounds for a 03 common rail I am haveing trouble makeing the oil lines. Any one done it yet. Any help with type and size of lines and fittings would help so much. Thanks. :--)

why not just use some aeroquip/AN hoses and reuseable fittings... all the parts you should be able to get from your local hydraulics shop. -6 / 3/8" should be plenty large for what you need. if you get lucky, you can get a deal on end cut pieces.

Well I had a response all typed and the computer ate it... .

Feed Lines: -6AN

Return Lines: -12 top/-14AN bottom.

Stock return for the bottom turbo and front freeze plug port for the top turbo. Top feed is our of the back of the filter housing (stock) and bottom is out of the outside one on top (inside one is covered by heater line). The fittings are probably going to be dependant on your turbos, but you'll need a male NPT to flare adapter and a Female NPT to straight thread w/ o-ring adapter. Use the stock line as a guide and go from there.
