You could redneck it...
Buy two "upper links" for a tractor from a supply store, cut them in half and buy tube steel (preferably DOM tubing) with a large enough inner diameter to fit over the links' tubing. Cut and weld those to fit between your brackets (on your own for them) and you have your bars.
The farther foward you can mount your links on the frame, the less stress you are putting on your spring bushings and on your frame mounting point.
