Hey Gents, I've waited until the last minute to find all the TSB for my 2014 2500. I can't find the latest list. There was one I especially wanted the made transmission improvements and various other changes. I think it included a Cummins update as well. Anyone know the one I'm looking for? This dealer won't do anything that isn't listed on the work order. So I want this one done with the 3 recalls.
Thanks

So the TSB I was looking for was TSB 18-053-14 Rev B. And guess what? It's not listed for my truck in their "system". I'll need to find another dealer I guess.

All they have to do is hook up to the truck with wi-Tech and see what modules need updating. Chrysler asks them to update every module when you are at the dealer if it is still under warranty. And yes they get paid for all the updates. It is possible your truck already has the latest software.

Very true. Every time I go in for something it seems like there is always something else they update too. They have done number of customer satisfaction items like upgrading all of my Tire Pressure Sensors which was not an actual recall.

I do have a very good dealer, that helps a lot!

The service manager didn't want to play I guess. He looked in the "computer" and said my VIN didn't have any updates listed. What crap. Anyway, mechanic did them all for me..

thank you
