In the middle of trying to replace the drivers door hinge pins. Looks like the pins are suppose to go up and out on the top hinge and down and out for the lower hinge, the only problem is that door sheet metal is in the way. So, how do you replace these without taking the door hinge assembly off the truck? I tried searching but did not come up with anything, maybe there is a different way of calling this for a search?
Thanks, this is for a 03 2500.

I replaced the entire hinge on my 04. Wasn't difficult. My pins weren't worn bad, but the spring roller and spring were shot. The hinge was about $50 on eBay. For that money I wouldn't fool with an old hinge that was already showing wear. Just my 2 cents.

Well, 5hrs. later, I would say check with your Stealership for replacement parts first. Even if they cost $20-30 more than these aftermarket ones. The factory has has a steel bushing and some kind of composite fiber (?) bushing that goes inside the steel bushing. This composite like bushing is what goes bad. So, the brass bushings that come with the aftermarket kit does not fit into the steel bushing or into the hole that the steel bushing fits into. Tried to force a brass bushing into the steel factory bushing but just destroyed it, the brass one. So, I ended up using a drill bit to open up the steel bushing just a little so that the brass bushing would go in pretty easily. Then I drilled the brass bushing out just a little bit. Then I was able to drive the pin in with a bench vice. It still removed some of the brass bushing. So, not sure how long this will work before the brass bushings were out. I did remove both hinge assemblies from the truck. Sorry no pics. Hope this helps someone else.
