Help, installed TST now trans stuck in 2nd!

Hey guys, I installed my TST powermax CR. When I took it for a drive, it started out in 2nd gear and stayed there. The codes showing were as follows:



0602

2769

0973

and 0882 tcm power low.



If I clear all the codes with the BDDL I have only the 0882 TCM power low code remain.



I did disconnect both battery cables for the install. I did not do that boost modification as I have a aftermarket turbo with no waste gate.



I just can't buy a break with this truck



Any Ideas on how installing this would cause those codes to come up?



I did reload the Bully dog on the 60 hp setting to see if that was messed up, but now help



Now what?
